hispanidad extension

Extension of two children’s classrooms and one multi-use classroom in the Children’s Education Centre and Hispanidad Primary School, in Garrucha (Almería). The success of the project, the result of a restricted competition, was due to the selection of the location of the new building. A new facade to the street was built in a single compact volume towards the exterior, but open towards the inside of the plot. The openings from the classrooms are arranged so that they are looking towards the playground patios, at the height of the small students. The works management was undertaken by another team.
