Restricted ideas competition for the extension of offices, resolution of covered spaces and accesses, in the headquarters of Condominium, a company dedicated to estate management belonging to the Terraminium Group. The premises, located on the first floor of a shopping/offices centre, which is very common in the urbanisations on the Costa del Sol, form part of a building with aesthetics that are prevalent in the Marbella area (white volume and tile roof).

Three recessed volumes were proposed on the facade providing access to this new extension, leaving open terrace areas with large flower pots appearing visible to passers-by. The interior space is projected as a large hall, with an exposed metallic structure and glazed offices and rooms. Materials in light tones and modern furniture refresh the image of the franchise.
