local immigration + housing

A corner plot, the result of several joined together, located on the border of the La Mojonera (Almería) urbanisation, with a clear programme: an immigration refuge and the largest number of duplex style homes as possible. The premises are on the north corner of the plot, with a hall open to the street and with shower, toilet and laundry areas at the back. It is completed with two training rooms on the first floor with access to the street. The houses are on the south side of the facade, with a minimum corridor width to make best use of the space. An attractively designed set of recesses and projections provides access to each home. The rest of the building is finished in white exposed brick and lead grey carpentry.
